About Viselli Salon
Located on famed Newbury Street in the heart of Boston's Back Bay district, Viselli Salon is a warm and welcoming space for everyone. When you're here, we want you to feel at ease and be inspired.
Our stylists are from various social, ethnic, and religious backgrounds from all over the world, giving us diverse and inclusive perspectives to offer our guests. Our differences are appreciated and celebrated.
We pride ourselves on helping you find new ways to express yourself, be it through your hairstyle and color or through the products you use. This is all done in a contemporary yet cozy atmosphere unlike any other.

Balayage, highlights, foilyage, single process, glossing, and corrective color. Our colorists specialize in dimensional, lived-in color that grows out beautifully.
All color services priced individually. Does not include blow dry or haircut finish.
Precision cuts, shampoo and blow dry, hot tool styling, and formal looks. Whether you want a dramatic transformation or a maintenance trim, our stylists deliver.

Cezanne Keratin Treatment, deep conditioning, scalp therapies, and restorative treatments. Go from frizz to silk with our smoothing services.
Consultation recommended for first-time treatment guests.

Congratulations on your engagement! We offer both on-site and off-site bridal services. As a full-service salon, we provide pre-wedding color, haircuts, smoothing Keratin treatments, extensions, and formal styling.
We require a minimum of one in-person bridal consultation and strongly recommend a bridal trial prior to your wedding day.
Off-site bridal services require further communication with our Bridal Concierge. Services 2+ hours from the salon starting before 12PM require a travel fee and prior-night accommodations.

Good to Know
We have a firm 48-hour cancellation policy for all reservations. A credit card is required on file. Less than 48 hours notice results in a 50% charge. No call, no show results in a 100% charge. If you are late, the reservation will be abbreviated accordingly.
We ask that any guest needing an adjustment reach out within 48 hours of the original service. Please be aware that shampooing within 48 hours will affect what adjustments can be made. While adjustments can be made, no refunds will be issued.
All color services are priced individually and do NOT include a blow dry or haircut finish. If you would like a finish, please let our salon coordinator know. That is a separate service with an additional charge. We cannot guarantee space for self-blow dries.
Gratuities are given directly to your service provider using cash or Venmo. Our salon coordinators can provide Venmo access for your provider. We are unable to include gratuities with your credit card payment.
Gift cards may be purchased in person or mailed to your preferred address. We are not responsible for cards lost in the mail. Gift cards are not returnable and not redeemable for cash or gratuity.
For quality assurance and documentation purposes, we take before and after photos and/or videos of client services. These images may be used for marketing, education, and social media purposes.
Please allow our team the opportunity to provide the best service possible by refraining from phone calls during service. This consideration is appreciated by fellow clients as well.
Only clients with scheduled appointments may remain in the salon. As seating is limited, we are unable to accommodate additional friends or guests unless they also have a service booked. Children under 10 cannot be accommodated as visitors or clients.
We offer product exchange or merchandise credit on most retail items within 30 days with proof of purchase. No cash or credit card refunds. We do not accept returns on brushes, blow dryers, flat irons, or curling irons.
